A new structure introduces design, prototype and tooling work. New-development orders usually start at 200–500 pieces, with the exact quantity assessed on a project basis and trial production open for discussion. The ODM page explains the development process.
Standard products start at 100 pieces per size and color. Private-label orders start at 100–300 pieces, depending on the color, size, packaging and accessory mix.
Standard-product production typically takes 30–45 days; private-label production typically takes 45–65 days. Peak-season scheduling can add 7–20 days. Sample preparation and transport are not included in this timeline.
